What Makes a Great Cookie Gift Box?
For us, it starts with what’s inside.
Every Black Bird Bakers cookie is created over two days. We slowly brown our butter to make house-made beurre noisette, prepare our fillings, make and rest the dough, then individually fill each cookie by hand.
We use premium ingredients including Callebaut Belgian chocolate and bake everything fresh to order in small batches at our bakery in Dartmoor.
The result is a gift that feels substantial when it arrives — thick, gooey cookies with generous centres, made with the same care we'd want if we were sending them ourselves.

We don't make letterbox cookies. Black Bird Bakers cookies are substantial, generously filled 6oz cookies, so they're packed appropriately to protect them on their journey.
