Refund policy

We take pride in delivering freshly baked cookies. Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If you order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the issue. We will assess the situation and at our discretion offer a replacement or shop credit.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed. Please double check your order before completing checkout.
