Who We Are

Black Bird Bakers was born from a love of exceptional cookies and great coffee. We bake small batches using premium ingredients and a lot of care.

Why NYC Cookies?

We fell in love with the iconic New York style cookie which is thick, deep filled, gooey in the middle and packed with flavour. We wanted to bring that experience to Devon and beyond.

Why Dartmoor?

Our cookies are baked fresh in Dartmoor from our café, The Birdcage. While our inspiration comes from iconic New York bakeries, everything is handcrafted here in Devon.
