Shipping Policy
We currently ship across the UK.
Orders are freshly baked to order and dispatched from our Dartmoor bakery. Below are details of our shipping costs and policies.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across the United Kingdom including Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. We currently do not ship to mainland Europe.
2. Processing and Dispatch Times
Orders will be processed within 1 business day excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Once we have have baked and packed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Delivery Times & Costs
We ship orders on the following days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. This is to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Any orders placed after Thursday may be dispatched the following Tuesday. Orders must be placed by 9am the day before.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays beyond our control.
4. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. If your package is marked as delayed or marked as delivered but not received. Please contact to courier first, then reach out to us if you require further assistance. orders@blackbirdbakers.com
5. Incomplete or Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping address, additional shipping will be chargeable.
6. Perishable Goods & Delivery Responsibility
Due to the perishable nature of our freshly baked cookies, we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders left outside, delayed or undelivered due to incorrect addresses. We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone is able to receive the package.
