Pistachio Luxe is our thick, handcrafted pistachio cookie, made in Dartmoor with house-made beurre noisette (brown butter), premium Belgian white and milk chocolate, chopped pistachios and a generous pistachio cream centre.
Baked fresh in small batches, it has a soft, chewy middle studded with Belgian chocolate and pistachios, surrounding a rich, smooth pistachio filling.
Break it open and you’ll find the deep, gooey pistachio centre at its heart — buttery, nutty and intensely indulgent. This cookie give you the chewy chocolate chip cookie with pistachio love.
