Rocher Royale is our handcrafted luxury New York-style cookie, baked in Dartmoor using homemade beurre noisette (brown butter), premium milk Callebaut Belgian chocolate and filled with smooth hazelnut cream and a whole Ferrero Rocher. Finished with roasted hazelnuts for a delicate crunch, every cookie is baked fresh in small batches to create layers of rich chocolate and toasted hazelnut flavour.
Golden around the edges, soft through the middle and filled with an irresistibly gooey hazelnut centre, every bite is buttery, deeply chocolatey and perfectly balanced with roasted hazelnuts.
