The Belgian is our signature thick, gooey chocolate chip cookie, handcrafted in Dartmoor using house-made beurre noisette (brown butter) and premium milk & dark Callebaut Belgian chocolate chunks.

Created over two days and individually filled by hand with a rich Belgian milk chocolate ganache, then baked fresh in small batches.

Golden on the outside and soft through the middle, every cookie is packed with Belgian chocolate chunks and finished with an irresistibly gooey chocolate centre. Rich, buttery and deeply chocolatey without being overly sweet.

Warm for 10 seconds before enjoying to experience The Belgian exactly as we intended.
